Rapamycin Tolerability in a Longevity Cohort: Real-World Data from 218 Patients

Abstract
Weekly intermittent rapamycin (6mg) was well-tolerated in 218 adults over 24 months, with no serious adverse events. Stomatitis (12%) and transient lipid elevation (8%) were the most common findings.
Study design
Prospective registry of 218 adults aged 40–72 receiving 6mg weekly rapamycin under physician supervision.
Safety profile
- No serious adverse events
- Stomatitis: 12% (mild, self-limiting)
- Transient LDL elevation: 8%
- No infection rate increase
