The Ageless is an informational and connection platform. We do not provide medical care and are not a licensed medical provider. Doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, supplement brands, and program operators listed on the platform are independent third parties. Any professional relationship, treatment, or transaction is solely between you and that third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the Service or its security features; scraping, reverse engineering, or using automated systems beyond a reasonable rate; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Products, diagnostic panels, and programs sold or referred through the Service are supplied by their respective providers, whose terms, pricing, cancellation, refund, and shipping policies apply. Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, code, and content produced by The Ageless, is owned by The Ageless or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
